Southbay Home features a total remodel of a mid-century home that was built in 1960 and occupied by the original owners until 2015. It also happens to Tim's home - Dorado Place.

'My wife and I were very excited to purchase this property, as there were multiple offers. We assured the former owner we would get the great “bones” this home had but bring it into the future as far as design, comfort and efficiency. The house was stripped to the studs, the kitchen enlarged, rooms rearranged and all new finishes installed. A pool and other outdoor spaces were added to a once overgrown yard. The end result is what we call “Palm Springs glam!” It’s a fun space that makes you feel like you’re on vacation every time you come home.'
